In the tourism and hospitality sector, the most important approvals are obtained through MITUR (Ministerio de Turismo), which is the highest governmental authority overseeing tourism development in the country. MITUR’s approval ensures that all projects meet national standards for land use, environmental compliance, construction integrity, and sustainable tourism growth.

Our projects are coordinated directly with MITUR and other relevant government institutions to guarantee full compliance from the earliest design stages through to construction and final operation.
