Edward De Valle II is a Dominican real estate developer, hospitality entrepreneur, and investor with more than twenty-five years of experience creating branded hospitality and real estate assets. As Founder and Chairman of Hotel Collection International (HCI), he leads the development, ownership, and operation of hotels and branded residences throughout the Dominican Republic.
Before founding HCI, Edward was the owner and publisher of Forbes Magazine Latin America and built one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States, earning recognition on the Inc. 500 list as the #133 fastest-growing private company in America in 2014. His career has consistently combined entrepreneurship, branding, hospitality, and real estate development.
Edward is now leading HCI's evolution toward its own hospitality platform through NOMAD Condo Hotel & Residences, the company's proprietary lifestyle brand. Future developments will be centered on NOMAD Condo Hotels + MOD by Sonesta, beginning in La Romana, Bayahibe, and Punta Cana, with approximately 600 additional rooms scheduled for delivery by the end of 2029.
