By signing this document, the reservation holder acknowledges and accepts that, in the event that no consensus is reached regarding the Promise of Sale Agreement of the reserved unit, the current reservation will become null and void with no legal effect; consequently, Hotel Collection International, LLC will have the right to freely dispose of the reserved unit and refund the amount received as a reservation deposit.
