By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this reservation form.

  • If you chose not to pay by credit card, please contact your representative to explain where the reservation deposit will be sent.
  • If you choose to pay in crypto, please inform your sales concierge/representative. A KNOW YOUR CLIENT FORM will be sent to you for completion before your crypto deposit.
  • If you plan to pay in a currency other than USD, please inform your sales concierge/representative.
  • By signing this document, the reservation holder acknowledges and accepts that, in the event that no consensus is reached regarding the Promise of Sale Agreement of the reserved unit, the current reservation will become null and void with no legal effect; consequently, Hotel Collection International, LLC will have the right to freely dispose of the reserved unit and refund the amount received as a reservation deposit.
