The Co-Broker acknowledges and agrees that they will not knowingly assist, facilitate, or support any unlawful funds being used for the purchase or participation in any business transaction with Hotel Collection International, IbisDR and Accor Group. The Co-Broker must adhere to all local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and will take reasonable measures to ensure the legitimacy of funds used in any transaction.

The Co-Broker agrees to adhere to a standard culture of professional ethics in accordance with industry best practices International. They shall conduct all sales activities with integrity, transparency, and professionalism. Additionally, the Co-Broker is responsible for thoroughly reviewing and presenting all necessary information to clients to ensure they can make informed decisions regarding their investment in this project.

The Co-Broker acknowledges the importance of ensuring that clients fully understand the details and implications of their investment. They agree to take reasonable steps to confirm that the client is making informed decisions and has the appropriate legal and mental capacity to engage in such transactions. The Co-Broker will exercise due diligence in providing clear, transparent information and will act in the best interest of all parties involved in the transaction.
